Many of you will have heard of this company before. This company built the software that is now used at many financial institutions including the CBOE and Merill Lynch. While the package is superb, there are two downsides that we feel we should mention. First, it doesn't come cheap. If you can afford to shell out $300/month per computer you can ignore this reason. Second, since the company deals with multi-billion dollar corporations your money doesn't place you on their "favorite customers list." In other words, their service can be very poor at times. Don't be surprised if it takes your designated salesperson several days to get back in touch with you if you are only interested in one terminal.
